1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is "Gentlemen's Shop" (hereinafter "Gentlemen's"), represented by Tobias Robl and Samed Güner, Rudolf-Wild-Str. 73, 69214 Eppelheim. It is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram or Facebook. Instagram and Facebook are a platform on which Gentlemen's markets the giveaway. Information is provided to Gentlemen's, not to Instagram or Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the giveaway should not be directed to Instagram or Facebook, but to Gentlemen's as the organizer of the giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Only persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Gentlemen's are excluded.
3. Participation Period
The participation period can be taken from the post of the giveaway on Instagram or Facebook.
4. Participation
Participation is exclusively on Instagram and/or Facebook. Each participant can only participate once. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of a product or use of a service. The purchase of a Gentlemen's product does not increase the chance of winning. Participation requires the truthful provision of data relevant to participation. Gambling clubs as well as automated gambling services are not eligible to participate. Gentlemen's is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Gentlemen's reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. The participants are not entitled to any claims in such a case. By participating in the promotion, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. The participation requirements, the participation period, the prizes and information on how to win can be found in the post of the giveaway on Instagram.
5. Selection and Notification of the Winner
The winners will be drawn at random and informed via Instagram or Facebook message or Email within 14 days following the giveaway. The winners must also respond to the message within 14 days. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, his prize will be drawn again among all participants.
6. Prizes
The prize refers to the respective giveaway. All information can be found in the competition entry. A cash payment is not possible.
7. Legal Process
The legal process is excluded.
8. Shipping of the Prize
To claim the prize, the winner undertakes to provide Gentlemen's with his name and address within the aforementioned period of 14 days. The dispatch takes place via us or our partners. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data.
9. Data Privacy
For the dispatch of the prizes, the personal data (e-mail address, name and address) of the winners will be passed on to third parties (e.g. logistics company). The delivery of the respective prizes cannot be provided with a guaranteed delivery date.
10 Liability
Gentlemen's is not liable for damages in connection with the participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize.
11. Salvatory Clause
Should one or more of the above clauses be or become void, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect. They shall be replaced by a corresponding valid clause. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole.
