Refund policy
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of several items in separately delivered packages, 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last package.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. by registering the return via our returns portal, by e-mail or by letter). For this purpose, you can use the sample withdrawal form attached below, which is, however, not mandatory. For more information regarding revocation please visit our help center under gentlemens.de/service.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. When registering a return via our service portal, the respective return costs for using our return labels will be displayed to you. Of course, you are free to use them.
Consequences of returns
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We offer you a return label for 5.99 EUR in case of revocation. This amount corresponds to the actual costs of a DHL return. This offer is voluntary. The amount will be deducted immediately from the amount to be refunded to you before the refund.
In case of defects you are entitled to return the goods free of charge. Send us pictures of the damage via our request form and tell us whether you want the exchange or the revocation. Only after our inspection of the pictures for possible defects we can grant a free return.

1. Returns at Acceptance Points (Post / DHL / Packstation):
You can easily register a return via our returns portal and will then receive a QR code and the stamped return slip to print out and stick on the parcel. You can find more information on returns in our help center under gentlemens.de/service.
2. Own Return (not recommended):

If you decide to return the goods to us at your own expense, please put a note with your name and order number in the package so that we can match your shipment to the order.
Please note that if you make use of the contractual right of return and you organise the transport of the items yourself, i.e. do not use the return alternatives of returns to acceptance points or returns to the branch, you will bear the return risk yourself.
If you choose to return the items to us "cash on delivery", please note that we are entitled to charge you for any costs we may incur.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Refusal of acceptance of parcel
If you reject the shipment upon delivery and then cancel, you will be charged the incurred DHL return shipping costs (5.99 EUR for Germany, 9.99 EUR for Austria, international the fees actually incurred in each case) when the goods arrive with us and automatically deducted from the purchase price to be refunded. This does not apply if there is damage to the package at the time of delivery.
